Reflections Angling Has Been Formed To Meet A Local Need That Has Arisen Due To The Closure Of "The Studio ADHD Centre" Which Ran "Reflections Angling Project" As Part Of Its Therapy Programme.
With Its Closure The Team At HenfoldBait and Tackle Decided To Re-Launch As A Non-Profit Organisation That Has Strong Aims and Visions Which Are Set Out On Our Mission Statements Page.
"Through Supportive Coaching and Understanding, Working With Our Local Community And Using A Wide Skill Base We Can Ensure All Achieve Success."
Using The Facilities Gained By The Previous "Reflections Angling Project" We Aim To Provide An Angling Community At Henfld Lakes Near Dorking, Where All Who Need Our Services Can Access Them. We Are Not A Charity But A Company Run By Like Minded Individuals, Charging Affordable Prices For Good Quality Services. All Money Made Goes To Ensuring That The Company Is Sustained And That We Can Ensure That All Equipment Is Safe And Fit For Purpose.
Another Key Aim Of Reflections Is Providing Others With Opportunity To Share Their Angling Skills And Knowledge With Others Through Mentoring and Volunteering. This In Turn Means That We Can Help Many Who Cant Gain Full Time Employment For Whatever Reason But Have Skills Have A Right To A Purposeful And Fullfilling Life.
At Refflections Everybody Can Offer As Much Or As Little As They Are Able To, Every Little Bit Helps. This Is The Basis That Has Gotten Us Where We Are Today With What Is Already Here. This Model Of Work Will Provide Us With Something To Be Proud Of And Something To Grow For The Next Generation Of Anglers. It Will Also Aid In Positive Generational Links Where Old and New Skills Are Combined
One Of The Future Visions Of Reflections Angling Is To Start A Junior Angling Club Which Will Be Open To All Who Have Participated In Reflection Angling Programmes And Will Be Run With The Support Of Local Anglers and Volunteers Who Are Keen To Support Young Anglers and Develope Match Skills.
